What is the greatest quality of the Web? I thought it was the possibility of putting people and ideas in contact, besides the traditional communication channels, which are subject to serious technical limitations and, let's say, political and economical ones.In the far past, to reach a large audience you had to write books; later newspapers and then radio and television were born. Nowadays, thanks to the Internet, people who would have never had the possibility to communicate and exchange thoughts and opinions can do that, meeting one another without physical - and social - limits. Unfortunately, due to this the Internet now spreads all kinds of trash, falsities, real madness. More than that, the difusion of that content has become a way to gaggle people again,
without any effort on the side of the censors. Besides that, people end up meeting only those who share the seem opinions, with the creation of "confirmation bubbles" isolated among one another.
Having said that, last year I woke up Eurinome from hybernation to talk about Palestine, above all the events of Gaza,
and the first Israel-Iran war, part of the war without end.
On the 24th April 2026 we added a second part, specifically focused on Iran: War without end - part 2.
Please consider the demand the full suspension of the EU-Israel Association Agreement in view of Israel's violations of human rights.
Now I am also inaugurating the English version of this website. This is just a beginning: until recently all the material was only available in Italian, and most still is. I will progressively translate the parts of the old contents that I deem worthwhile, and from now on I am publishing the new material both in Italian and English. In this main page all the links that are still in Italian bring to pages that are available in Italian only (use any online translator if you are interested!). As I go on updating the site I am also translating older materials.
If you have comments, observations or even texts to propose for publishing, you should write to me by e-mail as explained here. This is to avoid the flow of insults and bad language that unfortunately is prevailing whenever you leave the possibility to comment open.
